★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Work-buddy was a great option when it was just me as it gave me a flavor of various working spaces in Singapore. Thereafter when I was ready to hire a team they helped me find and negotiate a lovely office space at the Hive.

The whole service experience with workbuddy is bad, they like only emphasize the term and condition instead of looking into your case, despite you proactively raise the concern to them. They provide ZERO solution and reply with rude tone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great idea, terrible app and policies. Be careful when you sign up with the unlimited plan on the app, the terms and conditions are not clearly stated there and it is not a ‘cancel anytime’ service. There is a one-month termination notice and also they do not allow you to visit the same work space for more than 12 times in a month, both of which were unfortunately not stated clearly on the app. I made suggestions to make it clearer but these were brushed off by all the 3 service staff I spoke to or emailed. It is unfortunate because this is such a good idea and I was recommending it to plenty of my friends who needed temporary office solutions, what a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic platform! We get to access different great co-working locations across Singapore depending on our preference and proxmity. Another plus point is that depending on our staff strength, we can toggle the package accordingly to suit our needs. We no longer have to stuck with a fixed office location/rental and then shuttle all the way back there to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super convenient and well-priced. Wherever I have a meeting that day, I can find a workspace nearby that's available. There have only be 2 times in the 3 months I've used Workbuddy that I wasn't able to get into my first choice with <24hrs sign up which totally beat my expectations. One thing to be mindful of is some spaces are quite strict on 5:30/6:00pm close, but there are enough places that are more relaxed so I know if I have a 5, 6 or 7pm call I can take it without being bothered. Totally recommend and will be adding to it as I grow my team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Workbuddy was a great option for our team - and we ended up getting the whole company on it! Very flexible which is what we needed, and encouraged us to step out and explore new parts of Singapore. Highly recommend whether you're a solo entrepreneur or a small team! The locations available are great, but hope to see more partners on East Coast soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Relatively easy to use with a wide range of offices available- only downside being access is available only during office hours (usually 9am-6pm).
Also, please be aware that their Unlimited Plan has to be terminated a month in advance, otherwise you will be charged- this is even after I removed my payment details from the app- granted, this is stipulated in their T&Cs, but it's all too easy to skim this detail over.
Would like to give a higher rating, but this detail has marred my experience- please look into changing this.
