Recently in November, WorldFirst is able to resolve a supplier's fund return by tracking back to the supplier's bank with documents provided. Thus providing peace of mind to users with proper document verification processes.

The exchange rates are very competitive and reasonable so I would highly recommend WorldFirst to any businesses and individuals selling products. WorldFirst also has office is Singapore which makes it more reliable and easier to contact if we need help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first I was happy to move to a digital bank thinking that everything would be smoother and faster than a retail bank. After 2 years with world first business I am immensely disappointed. They are asking for justifications for every single transactions I made, and multiple times for the same transaction. It has already taking my not hours nor days but weeks of back and fourth emails. There is no customer service. I have asked for a number to call to discuss on the phone and solve the issues, but none were provided. This is a very bad service and I can't wait t close my account.
