Contacted WTG Mr Tay 2 days ago for bee removal services. Mr Tay & son came this morning, despite the location of the bee hive, they made efforts to assess & access to get the job professionally done with excellent results. Thanks to WTG. Highly recommended.

Urgently called WTG on a Saturday morning at 5am due to bird mites infestation and Mr Tay personally responded. He seemed to know everything well as well as the ways to handle the infestation and knows exactly where to look for the bird mites. Due to how small they were, I only found out where they were located after Mr Tay told me specifically where to look for them. Mr Tay is extremely professional and prompt and I wholeheartedly endorse his services. The price is also right and he definitely gets the job done!

Found some booklice at my house and Mr Tay came to rescue us from the bugs!!! It's been almost 2 weeks now and there has been so signs of bugs/pests at my house. Absolutely love Mr Tay's service! Not only is he very patient, he was very meticulous and made sure all corners are covered. Am super grateful for his help and services! I shifted into this new space since May 2021. I stayed in most of the times and I used to have peaceful sleep day in day out. But just recently, I started feeling continuous itch and I overlooked, thinking it was normal and not to be too conscious overthinking about it. But it got a lot worse till I found myself tapping on my skin often and scratching to stop the irrit feels. Little did I know, there were very tiny crawlers (smaller than a pencil lead) on my bed which I discovered only on black linen/sheets. As soon as I can, I did my homework and started seeking out for professional help. After several calls, I spoke to Mr. Wilson Tay from WTG. Apart from the previous calls and companies, it was something about him that got me convinced and secured an appointment the following day with immediate effect. During the conversation, Mr Tay remained patient and listened to my concerns carefully. He then, explained to me on the situation and the possible outburst. He also adviced me on the next course of action and assured me that everything is going to be alright. On the following day (3rd Jan 2022), His team responded on time and even explained on the dos and don'ts for pre and post treatment phases. It took them two rounds of inspection to get rid of all types of pests from my room. After the first round of exposure, I never once encountered live insect crawling on me nor on my possessions from what I observed. I must say, the trust I had on WTG and in the quality of their work did not go in vain. Each one of them know exactly what to do and was knowledgeable on the causes and effects. Their application of chemicals and spray works were eye to details and after the final round of exposure, he gave a follow up call to ensure that 100% effective rate of destruction of pests in my room. That shows his sincerity of work and takes pride in whatever they do. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with WTG. I am deeply impressed and contented with WTG and would highly recommend them to those who are facing difficulties with unwanted guests around. They are your go to and I'll certainly assure you 100% on their delivery of work and resolution to your problem guaranteed at an affordable rate. Mr Tay was extremely helpful and providing great advice on my house pests treatment. During the last visit, since there was no treatment to be carried out, he did not charge any fees and was professional throughout. Will recommend him to my friends who encounter pests issues.

Have engaged Mr Tay for ant infestation in my house. He was very responsive and reassuring when I was clearly stressed out about the situation. He is very knowledgeable and gave me options on how I wanted to go about solving the problem. He is patient and made sure that he inspected the house carefully, and I appreciate the fact that he is not pushy.

Mr Tay is such a delightful man. He came to help us with an ant problem in our kitchen. He listened to all of our concerns and completed the treatment in a timely and safe way. He explained everything thoroughly and also gave additional advice which didn't involve any treatments but a simple alternative solution. He also treated areas that we had not listed on his own accord going above and beyond the job description. Conversed with Mr Tay, he explained patiently and promptly to all my inquiries and is knowledgeable and very confident of his proposed treatment with warranty. Did wall lice treatment yesterday for my master bedroom, living room and kitchen. Had thought he will be the one coming down since he was the one who spoke to me but his son Jet came instead. Not all info was conveyed fully to him so I had to repeat what I told Mr Tay previously. The things Mr Tay and Jet told me are slightly different, e.g. keeping bedsheets on or off, number of treatments, so that made me a tad confused. Also, minimal details on the vast amount of preparation prior to treatment was given, so I had to fumble and rush to cover this and that to keep Jet from waiting. And what was totally unexpected is the massive amount of cleaning and hassle after the treatment, e.g. Everywhere, everything was so wet(I had thought it's just mist), and I had to mop floor as I have laminated floor and it might pop and I practically had nowhere to sit for at least half an hour, I had no clothes/towel to wear/use as it's best to wear when dry and wash before use, live with the stain marks for at least a day, best to clean after a week for maximum effectiveness. Nevertheless, what's most important is the effective result and outcome of treatment. Will review again to update.
