I have engaged with Xcel design for my new BTO , I was very impressed with Xcel design as they try their best to met my expectations , good price , good ideas from Mr Teo . I have no regrets engaging with Xcel Design as they really satisfied my requirement, Mr Teo was fast responsive , patient and always sharing his thoughts on designs of the house , he explains things in detail . Despite me kept changing the layout I wanted, he tried his best to fullfil, and he is completely honest and will not hesitate to tell me if he thinks the design will not turn out nice . Overall, was a good experience with Xcel Design.

My spouse and I were planning to do a mini renovation to our newly purchased 4 room flat. As the place was a recently MOP estate, the renovation performed by the previous owners were in good condition and we only wanted to make changes; mostly to the masterbed room. We decided to go with Teo as we were comfortable with him during the meet up. Straightforward in sharing ideas and opinions across. Even those which goes against our ideas. Also, not many people were willing to talk to us due to the super small project we were looking to have. Throughout the journey, responses were quick from Teo. Minor issues surfaced, which is normal. On the other hand, there's issues were resolved quickly and accurately! All in all, extremely satisfied with Teo and his team with the end result!
