Do not reply to you in time, need to chase
Do not keep promises and take longer days
Do not update you if they are going to be delayed
Supervisor has no control of the employee and tell the customer that it’s “ no choice”.
P.S Please work on communication

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Dust everywhere after deep cleaning. Don’t think cleaners even did their job when I was not around. Waste of money.

(-) the guy in charge of arranging everything is really rude, has bad attitude and no customer service mindset. I had to wait for 3:30 hours for the cleaners to come but the guy didn’t inform me beforehand, didn’t return my call and messages at the time of appointment. Later on he also didn’t apologize for being late and not communicating of the delay. The cleaning appointment was supposed to start at 3:30pm and end at 7pm therefore finished at 12 midnight- I was upset and very dissatisfied, so I told him I would withhold 150$ from the 500$ payment for wasting 5hours of my entire family. He then threatened to send debt collectors to my house and defame me using my personal details.
Overall not a good experience, the above incident might be rare and doesn’t happen so often, but I would have chosen many other quality PROFESSIONAL cleaning companies to avoid such circumstance.
P.S: I found them through Carousell, not sure why the ratings there are really good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very shoddy cleaning job. It was my fault that I didn’t have the chance to closely inspect their work when they were done because we have not yet moved into the unit and it was quite dark when they finished but they have glaringly left out so many surfaces (see photos of AFTER cleaning). You will have to micromanage the cleaners and conduct an extremely strict inspection after they are done because you cannot trust that it will be properly finished. I could have done it better myself and saved myself $340 which I paid in good faith before the cleaners left. Engage them if you like but be sure to pay very close attention to the completed job because it is the worst cleaning job I’ve ever seen.
Also found them on Carousell where they have great ratings but this was a bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad cleaning jobs done. Some cabinet didn't clean at all, feedback to the boss , showed the photos to him also. The boss didn't admit and said should check on the spot. Received many complaint from the tenant. Have to engage one more cleaning job. It's my own fault didn't check properly on the day. While pointing out place not cleaning enough, cleaners tried to smoke and cover up those hard to check area like hood and ventilators. House is big and in a rush for handing over so let them go. Get them from carousel because of nice reviews. Looks like true reviews are from Google.
