World class payment gateway service! I have requested support for assistance twice (user issue) and both occasion I get immediate customer service replies. Issue was resolved within 10 minutes with verification.

Terrible service. No phone support. Poor and slow response. Money was locked up and could not use. Bank requested me to report to Police as fraud and scam so that they could followup to recover the funds from them. Others customers from online review also faced similar problems and are also calling them fraud and scams. This was my first time using Xfers for my deposit of funds and now they just simply lockdown my funds. In the past without using Xfers, I used USD wire transfer without any problems and funds were transferred within a few hours never with a glitch before using Xfers. Now they just lockdown my funds for 48 hours and some other customers claimed that they have waited for months and never get to receive their funds and they are calling them a fraud and scam. I have already contacted your support. Very poor support that does not solve the issue. I have left message for Xfers to call me, but no one called. The phone Xfers provide is useless. Very poor support. Please provide immediate refund. [Reference Ticket 5999807] the other good reviews here can be shills and effort to prop up the review ratings. My search in other forums and customer reviews from other online sources shows otherwise.
