Mr Adriano Lance, Business Development Manager, was very helpful, flexible & accommodating to my ?family needs.
Accessible by public transport and carpark lots are readily available.

Alaska king crab at $120/kg only. Madness!
Delicious food by award winning Chef tucked beside Jurong Bird Park.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice dim sum, free parking and no GST. Not crowded on Sunday noon. However, I think staff should have asked before clearing plates away. They should also pace out the refilling of cups as I prefer to sip tea slowly but if they keep refilling, the tea turns cold very fast. In our one hour there, staff refilled at least 6 times even though my cup is still quite full. One interesting point to note is that they only provided the dim sum menu upon request.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was never once a disappointing experience despite the multiple times we're there. It is most importantly, clean and comfortable, topped with great customer service by their staffs. The dim sums were all hand made freshly by their chefs and is of an approved and 5star rated standard by my Hong Kong mom. Their lunch menu, of course is also delicious without a doubt. And the pricings are so affordable given the standards and the ambience of this restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thought i ordered a peking duckling, the size was smaller than a chicken. The duck was chopped badly, the keropok was totally soaked in the “oil” from the duck skin making it softer than the duck meat and the wrap was soggy. Definitely will not try again.

Let the pictures do the talking. And you guys be the judge.
Service is rude and poor. Keep evading the issue and tell me management will reach out to me the follow day after day yet no response.
Take your money elsewhere these are the kind of business that plea for your support during lockdown and yet with the opening of 5 pax they immediately show their true colour.

It's was never about the money but the principles.
