They go beyond and above to ensure we enjoy vegetarian food. Food quality 5/5, service and attitude of staff 7/5 , price 5/5. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too expensive everytime. Not sure why I’m always overcharged. Receipt suggest double counting of what was taken, if you are in Tampines I recommend going to Tampines Mall one instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. I added a full potato which was billed but don't come in the hotpot when served. When asked she saw the bill and said I never picked a potato. Later realised that she had added potato also in category B making more money outta it and not adding it in the food though.
All said and done when asked about it she gave a very rude reply which wasn't fair enough. Door was also not good. Too salty and oily. Even after saying less oil and salt
Overall a very bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced, my first time being charged a $33+ for a meal in food court. I was being charged a $19 for some “gold-made” vegetables.
Ladies and gentlemen avoid this place, not because of the price (don’t try, if you could afford tho), but I bet my 5-year old nephew could cook it better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just two people, when my husband showed the bill, I was shocked! This is the most expensive Ma La Xiang Guo that I have eaten. I asked the staff about the price but her attitude was bad. We didnt order much, it is very overpriced $40 for Ma La in a Food Court. Becareful if you want to eat here! Feel free to walk away if the price doesnt make sense for you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most expensive mala I've ever seen. $5 just for the base and everything else is also overpriced. Spent $41 just for two person. The second most expensive mala I've eaten at vivo is just half the price here. We just took 2 mushroom 2 veg 2 sausage 1 luncheon meat and 2 ramen and it amounted to $41.
Prices on the menu are also not honest. Menu state each vegetable is $1-$2.20 but each vegetable we took was $5+ each. Dishonest practice.
