Xorex Press (Ubi Ave 3)

Crappiest service i've ever encountered for a printing service. Counter lady doesnt even look at u, nor speak to u when approached. She just points u towards a general direction / someone / somewhere else. And she can actually speak. There's several printing services in the vicinity, worth the slightly longer walk.

worst printing service ever. they are just after your money. I had to pay twice to get a decent print... even if the first print was totally lousy, I had to pay for it, and on top of that, the second and final print was more expensive than what I was told. staff can't answer a single question. so unprofessional

On Thursday, I needed to print certificates, event booklets and certificates urgently (by Sat). Most printing companies I emailed said they couldn't do it on time / charged extra fees for weekend printing service. I emailed Xorex Press and received speedy replies from Christopher, who was really helpful and detailed in his quotations / explanations. The Ubi branch was also very reliable and efficient in their job. On Friday, the Ubi staff (Yen) emailed me regarding alignment issues present in some my documents - and even took screenshots to show me the issues. I made the amendments and sent the updated files back to them on Friday afternoon. They were able to complete the print jobs by Saturday noon! High quality prints, no errors, highly recommended!

Even though they do offer a wide range of printing services, their service is appalling. When I previously visited, there were a few customers that were queueing up to print. I would forgive the staff for being slow if they were apologetic about it, but they never displayed even an ounce of urgency, taking their own sweet time to go about their business. Really unprofessional.

Terrible place to bring your business and money, staff inside are so rude. Push the responsibility around and say not my job to handle customers. Make me wait for 15min only to tell me printing 50 piece of sticker takes 3 days. Didn't even offer any apologies for the wait.

Yen has great experience with .ai and is very prompt and helpful. She certainly a value add to any firm. She replies out of office hours due to urgent request. And is an asset to her firm.

Fantastic experience! Emailed them on Thursday morning and Christopher replied promptly and was very helpful in answering my queries. Ordered and paid online (paynow) on Thursday evening and was ready to collect by Friday afternoon! Highly recommended! A4,colour,double-sided + laminate +cut into 10pcs. Good Service !

Xerox Press Vertex outlet: (Mon 6 Dec 2021, 2:30pm - 4.17pm) The guy who was handling customers was not adequately trained even though he seems to have been working there for quite some time. He has poor sense of time as he estimated that he would complete the printing and mounting of our 3 boards in 30 mins yet he took 3 times the time that he informed the other customer. Then we requested some binding service for our project journal and he did not offer us the usual backing paper and plastic cover, instead, he told us that it was not possible to bind our butter paper even though we have been able to bind our butter paper works with no problem the past few years. He was also rather condescending towards us as we suggested tried and true solutions to rectify the issues he brought up. He kept saying that services we have usually received were impossible to do even as they offer it at other outlets. During my friend’s binding, he tore the holes on the cover page. While he wasn’t apologetic, he was also very indignant and kept saying he could reprint and rebind for her (as he should) but very obviously hinted that it won’t be his fault if the other paper in the bind was damaged. Lastly, when we noticed he was wrapping our posters together, we asked if we could get them wrapped separately and he said they didn’t have enough plastic, which was understandable. What was very questionable was that he didn’t ask if we were ok to have them wrapped together or if we were ok with not having the posters wrapped. We have NEVER received such horrendous and utterly disappointing service from any other printing shops whether from the same brand or other companies who in fact went further and beyond to satisfy our needs. As the main outlet, higher quality service was expected but was far from being met.
