★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent and timely service throughout the purchase. They were able to cater to my numerous requests and followed through with a dazzling bouquet. The only areas for improvement is that nobody picked up my call via their hotline and I communicated via email. I also requested for same day delivery but the delivery details on my order were for next day delivery which I was unable to change. Even so, I would still use them again and highly recommend them :-)

They also started a WhatsApp chat to update me on the status of the order along the way (prepared with photos, waiting to be collected for delivery and upon delivery). The order page was also very comprehensive as you are able to select or indicate who to call ahead of delivery, what to do if recipient is not around to accept, etc). Their gifts selection is also good. Will recommend!

This was a special surprise gift for my best friend who is pregnant. She loves pink and receiving the joyous news had to be celebrated with Roses. I am truly happy with the entire presentation. My friend loves the bouquet. She found it so stunning and also that it smells amazing. My heartiest thanks to the florist who arranged this beauty and put a smile on our faces , especially my friend who was immensely spellbound by the bouquet. The service was exceptional. Prompt reply and the entire experience was facilitated smoothly. I am certainly coming back for more and will recommend to my friends as well. Keep up this excellent standard always!
