โ โ โ โ โ I would like to thank Ms. Tammy Chia for her recommendations and excellent service. I was at the AMK Hub outlet to get a bouquet of condolence flowers and she attended to me quickly when she saw me. I did not tell her that I was in a rush, but she was able to deliver the bouquet in about 10 minutes without compromising on quality. Thank you, Tammy!

โ โ โ โ โ 22Nov2020@1730 Sunday. All the hype about this florist@B2 AMK HUB. So Intentionally made a trip there and was extremely disappointed. The store is tiny. The roses are very limited and far from beautiful. Very limited lovely flower choices and limited arrangements. Only one staff on duty. When enquired, did not know what is a spray. Had to show an image and was informed they do not do a condolence spray for the casket only a stand arrangement.

To say the least I was quite picky and asked lots of questions, she handled my queries extremely well and was quick to respond. It was hard choosing a florist as we are from overseas but she's proven I've picked the right one!! Thanks very much Elaine!! You're a super โญ! ???

โ โ โ โ โ Staff is patience. Improvement needed to deliver what is promised. 1st 2 pictures is what I have ordered. Last 2 picture shows what I get. Great disappointment.

โ โ โ โ โ Bad experience dealing with their sales girl. I called to check availability and price of white lilies bouquets and called again to confirm before going down to collect. I was quoted the price $158 twice on phone but the sales girl said itโs $168 when I was there. I asked her why is there an increase in price. She said that the price is in the system. Left with the bouquet without wanting to create a scene.
Expected high price or double during Valentineโs Day but not jack up price at storefront. The receipt also shown wrong description. 5 Star for the flower..
Thanks Sam for reaching out to me and refund the difference. Appreciate your prompt response and action.
