Unfortunately a bad first experience with this company. Planned in advance a big beautiful custom bouquet of roses with the most expensive chocolates. In the days leading up to the planned delivery date/time and on the day itself I got a few phone calls reassuring me that everything was going according to plan for my very special and expensive surprise. On the day they failed to deliver the bouquet with the chocolates together, hence ruining the plan I was looking for. After being handled by several staff they 'fixed' the situation by sending another small bouquet (not appropriate as the focus should have been my bouquet) and a small partial refund made by cheque which took two weeks to reach me. Strange that they can happily and easily take payment via PayPal but can only reimburse via stone age cheque. I'm giving a very generous 2-stars. In a city with plenty of flower delivery providers, I recommend to choose wisely...

It was great to be back to Xpressflower from Plaza Singapura to grab some flowers for my friend. I am always happy to purchase my flower with Nicole and Ke Yin because of their service was so good and approachable. They always show their interest in doing business with me. Never failed to surprise me by suggesting on what should i get for my friend to cheer them up. Their passion has drive them to provide an excellent service to their customers. Well done!

IM SO ANGRY AND DISAPPOINTED ABOUT THIS !!!! I ORDERED ONE BOUQUET ROSE FOR MY FRIEND BIRTHDAY . WHEN I COLLECT THE BOUQUET THE ROSE PETAL ALL LOOK LIKE THIS .. IS IN BLACK AND LOOK UNFRESH .SOME STILL GOT SMALL HOLE !!! HOW AM I GOING GIVE AS A GIFT !!!!
