β β β β β Was at Fusionpolis ya Kun. Disappointed that they use paper cup for coffee and disposable plastic plates for break . Totally not environmental friendly .
Also missed the experience of drinking coffee from a regular coffee cup.

β β β β β Very consistent location. Been coming several times a week and itβs always good. Itβs the same staff all the time guaranteeing speed and consistency. Friendly staff also remember your order.
Popular location - Will line up quite long during breakfast. Sometimes will not have a seat and they will offer only takeout containers.

β β β β β Something not quite right with the staff here - poor / no training? Lady preparing the toast haphazardly let someone took my order (25 June 2022). When I enquired about it, she snapped at me saying that everything is there, "just look for your number". Well my number wasn't there was it? Ended up leaving.

β β β β β Visited on 13 Jun morning for breakfast. We presented 2 sets of vouncher for our order and was told cannot choose the different set on the menu. Clearly nothing about it stated in the voucher. Felt disgusted as if we were there to eat "free".
Approached the lady behind the counter after the meal. Told her yhat voucher also need money to buy. And she should not "discrimante" customer using it. So was unapologetic and brushed our comments aside. Will warn the rst of our colleagues to avoid this store

β β β β β Came here for their steam bread n guess what?! They didn't have any bread! Ya Kun no bread? What a joke..... might as well close shop. Not only that.... no proper cup n they serve in paper cups. What's wrong with this place? The girl behind the cashier was so rude too! Ain't coming back here for sure. Shame!

β β β β β Ordered Tea for me at 04:25pm. 15 seconds later my colleague called to buy for him also. Immediately I asked them for another tea order. They said closed. What seriously. 04:25 youβre open. 15 seconds later closed. What a lousy attitude.

β β β β β I was looking forward to my breakfast since yesterday. Ordered set A. They missed my toast order and kept giving to others. I waited for a long while and told the guy. Then I got mine pretty quick but with low quality. My toast was not properly toasted, it was cold, and not crispy as usual. Just rushed to give me.
Long wait with bad quality of toast.
