★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the most exceptional customer servicing at Yamaha Djitsun. Their reception staff, Jasper, is the most helpful and patient young man ever! We went in to buy a 3/4 classical guitar and Jasper went over, above and beyond to help us to learn about the product, understand our different purchase options and pricing, and laboriously assisted us in locating and reserving the guitar and case we ended up choosing. When he realised that he had quoted the price $0.15 higher than the actual, he contacted us (... as we have left the store already) to inform us of his error! I'm so very impressed by his professionalism.
