★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad encounter with this delivery company. Package took too long to deliver and when contact hotline all responded like robots and they are not flexible to address customer queries. If you want customers to wait a full 12 hrs delivery, it is not worth engaging services. No specific time lines. Now is customer service as priority not at full whim and fancy at driver mercy. Poor service overall.
