★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of my first negative reviews. The door girl (sorry I do not know the woke 2022 term for door girl) was power tripping like her life depended on it. People were rude. Guys, it is a mid tier club, not the Yakuza or politics ok. Folks just want to have a moderately good time. I do not recommend this experience. Go to zouk instead. * Edit: also noticed there are alot of fake positive reviews here - just scroll through and you'll see what I mean. Their 4.7 rating is severely inflated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even don’t want to give one star but it’s for the staff inside.
Really bad experience ever, especially the security guard at entrance and the female staff with curly hair who was holding the entry-stamp(still using ink stamp which can disappear anytime) were so rude to us and never apologised.
Not recommended to others ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opening time shows 10pm but they only allow people in after 11pm. Bouncers act like gangsters with violent behavior towards guests for no good reason. Pushed my friend and threatened to beat up someone from another group. Servers, who are quite polite and nice are probably the only saving grace of the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. We are giving dollars to treat like trash. The staffs inside club are really professional but the security guard and the girl who is giving the stamp is ruining the atmosphere. I won’t recommend anyone coz you will not get what you paid for.
If i was drunk and I complain to security guard, that was my fault. But, the ink stamp which they use to enter the club disappeared when sweating and don’t let me to enter.
What a surprise even i show them my booking confirmation. They don’t fxxxxxx care. Good job guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security guys and girls outside are not trained well. They are acting like they are bosses and they host this party. Actually, we paid a few thousands of dollars $$$$. However, the way they treated their customers is very ridiculous. We didn’t get what we paid for. Very very Very worst customer service in my life…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely awful service. One particular staff member Stacey was so absolutely rude to my wife and I. For one,the dress code is too strict. My wife was wearing flats that were accepted at zouk and mandala club that night. But that aside, her tone and absolute condescension for us was palpable.
By contrast, her colleague Jeremy, faced with the same situation, handled us with compassion and calm, and tried to work through solutions with us. I do want to commend him for doing a fantastic job. Would be a one star otherwise
