I wish to give 0 star to this company especially the boss/contractor Mr Yu. I don’t comment in Google often however I wish everyone could have chance to avoid this company!! Yu and his workers are extremely unprofessional and with really bad attitude. I hired them as contractors to work for 5-6 small renovation parts in my home. However, none of them have passed the lowest standard. Here I list something that really irritated and unforgiving 1. Throw renovation rubbish in my drawer or left them on the floor!! I have to say Yu’s worker is way better than him in this part, at least known to sweep the rubbish away. For reno area that done by Yu, looks clean though before opening the drawer/cabinet.. this is really unprofessional and undereducated behaviour!! 2. Work half way and Yu was disappeared for several hours. And I heard him talking to his worker after come back that he went buy groceries which was preparing for the steamboat at that night.. how can someone work half way and went buy groceries?? It’s just ridiculous!! 3. Use discarded equipment and lied that was brand new 4. Damaged my original cabinet and tile while working on other things. He acted like he dint know before I asked. And he said: of course will be damaged…. I searched Google and YouTube, none of the worker have made such mistakes. Please tell me you are doing renovation or doing destruction?? 5. Seldom reply or answer my phone after I have paid deposit. 6. Many many more Sincerely hope no one get cheated again by this non pro and non quality company!!
