★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful experience with Yeo Teck Seng repairing my Breville Barista Express BES870! I bought it overseas and it was out of warranty, hence technically not covered by YTS who repairs locally sold Breville machines. However, they kindly took it on and ran it through diagnostics, calling me to update on the condition before proceeding. Throughout this process, I was assisted through it by Ms Jenny Goh, who was efficient and friendly. There were many other people behind the scenes who helped fix my machine (a valve was fried by an electrical surge at home) and I am grateful for their expertise. My baby is up & running again, all thanks to them! Highly recommend.

My machine had an issue with the clutch. Bought it overseas, however Jenny and her team took it in and within just 2 days they gave me back a fully functioning espresso machine (Oracle Touch).
I can highly recommend their repair and customer service, really great job!
