β β β β β Saw a listing through their Carousel platform and inquired immediately. Received a reply from Miko and price breakdown was informed.
Went there(Synergy@KB) instantly after her reply. Once reached, I was assisted by Yuri. He explained to me what was needed to. What I loved about Yuri was his approached. He was pleasant, easy going and chill type of guy. Like I could literally believe everything he said. HAHAHA. Both Miko and Yuri wasn't pushy, not at all. Yuri tried recommending me a different bike but once I told him my reasons, he understood. Miko and Raz assisted me on the paper works. Paid a deposit on Monday, collected my bike on Wednesday. TWO WORKING DAYS! Crazy.
I would like to thank Yuri especially, as he attentively check on my bike to ensure everything was ok before handing it over and all of my queries were answered promptly.
To Miko, thank you for not being pushy and upsell.
(I just hate it when people starts pushing and upselling.)
Yew Heng Motors, your employees are wonderful and efficient. I really had a great experience.
Highly recommended. You won't regret.

β β β β β I've been to so many bike shops and none offered a good price for my bike. Nearly all that I asked, they would take in very low and I would need to overtrade. But not at Yew Heng. Crystal was very patient throughout. 3 weeks I took to decide what bike I wanna take but Crystal was very responsive and gave a detailed breakdown of everything. Free gifts are all included! Best price in town and I definitely come back to trade in with them again!

β β β β β Egoistic and full of pride. As a matter of fact, condescending and arrogant. Not honorable. Appointment with the shop was outright rejected when i arrived. Though it was a program in collaboration with Motul Oil. Tell customer off "you can always go elsewhere, there's other shops". It does not have basic courtesy to inform it's collaborative partner that it could not honour the oil change program. Though the 3rd party has put down in writing on the oil-change program.
Just can't imagine it's after-sales when it would disregard and dishonour it's agreement. The person incharge could be a stake holder of Yew Heng; terrible interpersonal skills in customer engagement.
Caveat emptor beware !

β β β β β I will like to express my appreciation to Crystal for her patience in explaining the differences btw the different model of motorbike and helping my dad to select his choice of motorcycle together with the mechanic. Nonetheless, she offers the best and reasonable price which she is able to cater and we clinched the deal in a satisfaction manner. Kudos to the team! A highly recommended reliable motor shop to look for if you required one.

1. They had hidden costs
2. Before you buy it, they will let u feel that their service is very good and kind, saying well and smiling to you.
3. Promised will be fully repairing and maintenance servicing for u, but didn't let you check and listen to the engine sounds or test drives. Please do not believe YEW HENG MOTOR
When you collect ur bike you cannot even start the engine. There is no battery box, no signal light, clutch spoil, engine Piston and Block worst and damaged, just speak sounds good, but never ever start and check the bike then call u to collect the bike when u realized it they didn't make any apologize call u go back waiting for the call
4. Pay attention to those Chinese guys especially the boss they call him manager
and malay ladies speaking and service attitude is very poor and unpleasant , uneducated and perfunctory and scold u back.
