Been here by public bus 117 from Sembawang Interchange and walk to the dam and continue to Rower's Dam. A gem of its own, feel like somewhere else, though tonnes of plastics if you cast your eyes downwards ? best at sunset and evening. Windy and ..enjoy the serenity.
