HR Policies for employee satisfaction are extremely helpful and the higher management is friendly and the organization has a beautiful environment to work at. This is my first company and I feel proud to be working here. I think the leadership, culture and benefits provided makes this organization unique in its own sense. Leadership is pretty strong and adjusts the goals according to market trends. The overall company culture is quite open, especially for new comers. Benefits provided for the employees are in line to the market offerings. The organization provides excellent opportunities to develop new technology skills by giving suitable training, as required.
