★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dishonest and Rude Customer service. Recently, the company refused to honor a Shopee deal. They claim it is shopee error. When I offered to settle the shipping fees, they still refuse to ship out the product. However, they indicate on the shopee app as shipped. To make matters worse, I was insulted by their staff. Be careful when dealing with them on any online platform. Their sales and promos might be gimmicks.
