Neat and cozy studio, amongst the best instruction I've experienced by all instructors compared to other studios. Unfortunately there's only one bath/WC. Gotta queue if you want a shower.

Lovely studio. You will do yoga in a room that is not air conditioned (some people prefer this). The instructors are alright. I find that there's too many people in one class so you won't be getting a lot of attention from the instructors.

Very neat and fresh environment studio. Only 1 cons is they hv only 1 shower (&toilet in 1 place). Therefore, if u r taking 7 am class u will need to q for shower

The instructor didn’t manage well on the sign up while new visitor attending trial class. Not responsive at all in terms of follow-ups to provide solution or anything. Not recommended.

Thought I wouldn't really like boutique yoga studios, but coming here has changed my mind. Yoga+ is where I began my yoga journey and where I was exposed to a community and of course well versed instructors who challenge you to the next level. Although it is a small space, it's cozy and makes you feel like you're at home especially with the tea time after classes - I have to note though that it may not be for everyone. If it's your first time, I'd recommend you start with the basics course where you can get a feel for what the classes are like.

Have only attended a couple of Natalie’s Flow+ and Invert classes and highly recommend her for intermediate yogis looking to take that next step. I’ve had 3 yoga instructors (attempt to) teach me arm balances, inversions, pincha mayurasana, and she is the most effective because she gives you so many drills and alternatives, there’s always something fun to do during class! I’ve heard good things about the other Yoga+ teachers too so would definitely come to try theirs in future

I’ve fond memories of this studio. I’ve seen this start as a boutique studio of 1 floor space in China town and then grow into a multi-location full fledged business. I’ve basically learned yoga here and I’m happy to still find same instructors till date. I’ve been lucky to find some instructors who teach yoga as a mind and body exercise rather than a sport as it’s usually seen in multi-facility gyms offering yoga classes as well. I’m glad they opened up in Somerset as well. If you’re a beginner then my suggestion would be to try a few different instructors here and eventually stick to 1 or 2 who understands your pace and requirements best. My favourites were Denise, Bianca and Suffian. I wish all the best :)
