The hairdressers are highly professional, and the standards are not less than the ones in the town. Located at the HDB and the heartlands in Bukit Batok, it is recommended as a salon to go to for occasions and regular hairstyling.

Been coming to this salon for the past 10years. Highly recommend. A lil pricey for a neighbourhood salon but it is worth every penny. Quality like what you get in salons in town

Had an initial bad experience because the reference photo and the final outcome of my hair didn't gel. Gave a photo reference of an actual dye job and turned out to be super different. Wanted BLEACHED highlights and went home with blue and uneven green highlights. I was asked about the colour (which I understood and was promised that it would look better than the photo reference...) but the unevenness of the colour really stood out when I went home and tried to take photos. However, I managed to make another appointment and the salon graciously helped to rectify this situation! Very professional BUT: It's pricey because of their products as they use high-quality (bleach). Customer service is great but if you're looking to save money I wouldn't recommend this salon. It offers a huge variety of services which is great, but I think ultimately you have to purchase their salon package for it to be more value for money.

This place is filled with a team of professional hairstylist. The price is slightly pricey for a salon in a neighbourhood area. Nonetheless, it is definitely worth your money if you are not the thrifty type because you are paying 1. skills and 2. excellent service.

This is my go-to salon when I want something more fancy in my neighbourhood. They have this stylist who is very good with my bad hair. The only problem is that the salon turns a blind eye to a customer who removed her mask and her stylist even engaged with her in loud banter for at least 30 minutes. I didn't want anymore service other than a haircut because that customer and her stylist would be the weakest link in the covid19 pandemic control and I wanted to get out of there ASAP.

Despite being priced on the higher end, the service was nowhere comparable to other lower-end salons. Had my hair done by a big sized hairstylist and he did a very bad job and was very unprofessional and the dye was also not perfect. Also like to point out the the hairstylists generally gave an unfriendly and unwelcoming vibe which was a turn off. Would never pay for such expensive services again given the quality and poor service.

Yensu the hairstylist was sweet n took in my suggestions for my style preference. This is a high end salon and they accommodated me on a last minute appointment. It was quite packed for a Tuesday. They deliver well. Will come back.
