β β β β β Good and efficient sale services through emails.. Delivery was prompt and friendly :) Bought 3 swivel chairs with 2 trade-ins, thought it was a good idea since have βfree disposalβ and (probably) reuse of good parts available, which is good for the environment too. Customisation of colours and to have arm rest or not allow my kids to choose at will... beautiful fabric colours too, not to mentioned. Very satisfied with the purchases, hope the chairs will serve us well in time to come.

β β β β β Service: Friendly and patient service from the lady manning the showroom. They are able to customize to your requirements on the spot. Overall a very cordial and stress-free experience.
Product: Affordable and totally decent quality. The A8 chair that I got was comfortable and the workmanship should last me at least a few good years. If you want exquisite craftsmanship look elsewhere and be prepared to pay.

β β β β β Email them regarding a replacement Gas Lift for a chair (Not purchased from them). Had no or little info other than type of chair.Very swift response by Email. After a number of emails I was able to pay thru PAYNOW and recieved the product within a few days. I was extremely impressed by the efficiency.

β β β β β Lousy quality expensive price. Bought this at s$328 and just last 2years. And got back pain after sitting long hours.
Bro, if you have asked me about purchase date and informed me earlier about replacement charges, I wouldn't have brought the chair to your shop. I will not spend $35+transportation cost just to replace the backrest mesh. Don't blame about my attitude while your side keep so many hidden information. My take is to stay away from Yoke. lol

He took the time to make sure I was getting the BEST deal for my purchase. Prior to coming in I had been to 3 other furniture stores and I was very dissatisfied with their services.

Visited to buy armrest part for my IKEA chair. The part fits perfectly (though I had to drill a hole on each side).
Provided bolts and washers for free though I was willing to pay.
Highly recommend!

Salesperson/technician Wilson and his colleague were extremely friendly and willing to change the parts even when we troubled them with several adjustments. Customer service is brilliant! 10/10 highly recommended :)
