★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I left 6 pair of jeans with them for alteration, and paid $36 on the spot when the jeans were handed over. When the jeans were returned to me, there were only 5 pairs remaining. Instead of remedying the situation (at least take responsibility and refund part of the alteration charges), the owner of the business gave some stupid excuses, basically insinuating that I was lying. Put simply, I paid alteration charges for 6 pair of jeans, and got 5 pairs back. For their irresponsibility, they don't even deserve a 1 star rating.
