Best in class char siew and roasted pork! Very tender!

Stall owner was originally from Hong Kong, and yes, their roasted meat was good, closed to hongky roast style, especially liked their CharSiew, for other meat type, like roasted pork and soya sauce chicken was at the good roasting standards. Considering a good roast works. Not sure about their roasted duck, haven't try yet. This probably the only stall selling roasted meat in this hawker Centre. Try it if you craving for HongKong chargrill style roasted meat.

This humble Roast meat stalls has been around ever since ciyuan hawker started operations. They roast their meat right here at their stall so you will not need to worry about not getting the freshest quality here. They have a range of meats avaliable here that includes barbecue char siew, their famed signature charcoal roasted duck, soya sauce chicken. There is also noodles and rice option here for you to pair with your favourite meat options. Other than their ala carte options, you can also order their very valuable set which is priced at a very adorable price (5 dollars) meals that includes char siew/roast pork/roast duck and sides such as leafy vegetables and beansprouts. In my opinion, I think recently their standard has dropped a little. The meats seems to be different from what I had last time. Not sure if the main chef is the same, cause I didn't see the uncle anymore. I will still drop by due to the very affordable pricing set meals that they have.
