★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There aren't many places left where the Shui Kway (as spelt on their sign) is made from scratch. Raddish ("carrot") is added to the same base for the CTK. So many other places just get the central kitchen produced lousy blocks of dough with plenty of preservatives and no noticeable traces of raddish.
Well fried with an enjoyable amount of crispy, slightly burnt bits. Sufficient amount of egg to keep me happy but this isn't the "omelette on top" style.
