Went to this shop for convenience because it was near my place. My bajaj 200 headlight wasn't working. Service guy was not familiar with the bike, took a long time fiddling (about 2hrs plus) & lost a screw, before he could finally access the light bulb. His diagnosis was, the switch for the light is spoilt, aka the switch assembly on handlebar. Cost 70+, and no stock & ask me to put deposit before he ordered. I did so a few days later after consideration, and went back when stock arrived for repair. After fixing on the new switch, still wasn't working. Turns out it's the control module wasn't working, which they had stock and tried immediately and worked. Control module costs 250+. Total damage 300+ to fix the headlight. Wasted time and wasted money at least for the new switch that was obviously not the issue. New switch didn't fit the handlebar properly, ended up clutch lever and rubber grip screwed up, and invited more vibration while riding. Fed up with them and went back to the queensway official retailer to fix things up at the end. I suggest head to the opposite shop.

Reasonable price for repairing my yamah 135LC JRR5*5* broken rear harp and bearing set including with two ways towing. Well treated by phone call. On the spot updates about faulty & price detailing. Never sell me to death machine. satisfied

Came to this shop a while back to renew COE, ended up trading in old bike and got a good deal on a superb condition 2 year old Yamaha Jupiter. Great service, always friendly staff. Spare parts i feel a bit limited so price range is quite rigid, but general service costs me $31 (oil filter, Motul engine oil and spark plug plus tighten chain etc.) Best part is in the 2.5 years i have been going there they have never charged me late penalty for monthly instalments, normally few days late only but still in the past i have been charged for being only a day late!

Super overpriced. Always missing some parts of the bike. Example, gasket. Wanted to see why my kawa was leaking only to find out that there wasnt any gasket. Came to the shop and told ah meng abt the missing gasket but he was denial. Had to make him open the casing before he decided to put the gasket. Changed to x1, today i found out that my sprocket lock was missing. Overhaul for x1 was 1.2 :-) cnnot deny that the pomen is good ah but the shop just ketok rabak bro. Also cos i think idk much abt bike thats why.

Just terrible. Mechanics are good but the Owner known as Ah Meng is just a no no for me. Been to the shop a few times for minor servicing for my bike etc. thought it was good as the price was reasonable at first. So last week, my bike had a major problem. Decided to send my bike there for their repair services. I was shocked when the owner charged me with a $250 labour charge. Im riding a bike, not driving a car. But I couldn't do anything as they have already dismantled the parts from my bike and I had no choice but to leave my bike there and let them fix it. On top of that, I had to pay a deposit ??‍♂️ I mean like seriously? Are they worried that my bike is gonna run away from the shop by itself or something? Definitely not coming back to the shop for major repairs. But it's up to you guys to believe. You guys can go down to the shop and experience it for yourself :)

Stop going to this shop yrs back as ah meng just simply jacked up the price such as simple as moto battery. Used to be honest guy once upon a time when their workshop is at taman jurong there, eversince he shifted here, the price went up horribbly high and doesn't help if u bring your own parts and willing to pay for labour as he said he only do when u buy parts from him... It's a no no for me...

Bought a Used bike from this shop, as I service my old bike with them. After 05 months on the bike, gears problems kicks in... Spend $400 for repairs for Whole sets of Gears.... For a Yamaha Sniper 150.... Immediately After repair, Gears drops 02 shifts instead of 1 at a time as you drop.... Owners claim due to others more complicated issues. I rode off. This is Pirate Shop. Beware my fellows Bikers
