★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they messed up and use wrong paper and when asked for reprint, they doubled the price claiming promotion is over. before you reply. pls see your own message. let others be the judge.
to be honest, i am not unreasonable. i asked to pay for a reprint but you guys jacked up the price from $160 to $300 for reprinting the same thing. i have all the art work and quotation i received on the transparent paper and dog in white (specifically had someone call to confirm). i was ready to even give u another job but super disappointed in how u just double up the prices saying the promotion is over. in the first place, the quotation u gave me was nothing near $300. this is just unethical.
