★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conveniently situated below the condo so that I don't have to travel too far to get my necessities. Has a good selection of fresh fruits and vegetables daily. Interesting Whatsapp group that conducts groupbuy for the condo community to buy products such as Good & Rich cake and dimsum together at great prices!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am just glad that we have HiMart just outside our condominium. Gives us so much convenience as it takes a bit of time to walk to the nearby grocery shop, supermarket and definitely way too far to go to the nearest wet market. I've seen how this grocery store evolved as it took many forms and went under different managements. The last time I went there, it was bustling with people and fully stocked. You can also sign up to be a member and they add you to the existing WhatsApp group where updates are posted about available products, services to avail (you can drop your dry cleaning) and make reservations, requests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the nearest mart around the area. Even though just a small one but their variety of products are great. Join their whatsapp group for group buy. Very recommended cause you can find some interesting food. Their website is also sometimes having some awesome deals which you can’t miss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very convenient to have a mini-mart right beside my apartment. Though it’s convenient, I have my bad experiences where they overcharged me or never returned me my change. Overpriced items even for simple things like milk. I would say, just walk another 6 mins to Sheng Shiong or Esso Pump Station to get your groceries done even cheaper ? I will only visit them when I am lazy or tired that day lol. Otherwise, no thanks.
1 star for convenience.
