As for the process of getting the final product... If you require meticulous design work (for example, lanyard...you'd want all logos align on the same horizontal plane neatly), it's best you can do it yourself by asking them for the editable illustrator file, or ask your regular / in-house designer to do it. Like most vendors that I encounter, they are great in production but not so much in the design details. This is a typical situation that you will need to be aware of. Nevertheless, the service is great. Do note they can be a teeny weeny bit persistent at times on trying to meet you in person...? (Maybe there's a KPI to hit). Overall, if you're looking for unique offerings, I recommend you check them out.
