★ ★ ★ ★ ★ price is reasonable and good to eat at this stall by the friendly owners.. compared to the "baku-tei" stall on the left side of the photo (where the price is expensive and attitude of stall owner is very rude), good to eat here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pepper Pig's Stomach Soup. Not many places serve a variety of soup served in a claypot so this one deserves a special mention for its peppery soup which could help unblock a stuffed nose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The portion and price is really good. The taste is good especially the assam. The owner couple are nice and they always try to accommodate your request. Try to come early for the food as they close around 8pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my 2nd visit to Yu Fa Claypot Delights and this time round I brought my family and we had a really good yummy dinner!! ^^
The stall signature; Pig’s Trotter in Vinegar Sauce (猪脚醋) was Mouth-Watering & Flavourful. ??
The Mixed Veg with Dong Fen (粉丝什菜) had a very traditional and homely taste.
‘Ang Chaw’ Chicken (红糟醉鸡）; I asked the boss what made the chicken so fragrant and he said his chicken was marinated in the home-made Ang chaw sauce for 100 days!! It awakened my 5 senses and the spices just melted in my mouth.
The Pepper Pig’s Stomach Soup (胡椒猪肚汤?）was quite peppery but shiok for me as I am a great lover for peppery dishes.
Conclusion: I would definitely make the worth-while trip down AGAIN even though I stay at Tiong Bahru!!!
PS: I went down on Saturday.
They are closed on Sundays & Mondays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious home cooked claypot delights. Signature dishes are: Pork Trotter amongst others. My favorites include Pork Trotter, Assam Stingray, Pig Stomach Soup, “Ang Chow” or fermented red rice Chicken which the owner fermented himself! Price is super reasonable too. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very generous portions for the price. If you are a big eater, you will definitely be satisfied. Taste-wise, both dishes I tried are pretty good, more towards the home cooked style. Nothing overly salty but just sufficiently flavourful. Owners seem friendly as well so that’s a plus. Will surely be back to try the other dishes- I think there are probably around 10 different types to choose from!
