Physician See Soo Tiang of room 5 clearly do not care about patient's health. He sneezed without covering his mouth and do not seem interested with patient's condition. I mentioned bone setting three times, as confirmed with Room 1 physician, but he carried on with putting electrical nerve stimulation pads, tuina and ended off with baguan, totally ignoring my condition. He did not even assess my condition to start with. If he is unhappy with his work and/or work environment, he should seriously consider quitting his job. He make me think twice what a proper TCM clinic should be with his qualifications, no assessment but self-assumption diagnosis, and "service". Absolute disappointment and disgrace of TCM.

No doubt the massages work and can help babies recover from cough etc. Chinese Doctor also quite nice. However, the ventilation is really bad and there seem to be not much sanitation done to the premises despite the on-going Covid19. So theres a risk of your child catching another flu bug while treating his/her current issue. In fact even adults can fall sick after visiting the premises.. huge hesitation to visit again.

Hardly see any Doctors or Physician but when I want to go, it's something that's affecting me to the extend I have to see one and thus, visited this place. I've 3 issues that is I sprained my index finger (no idea how), my arm (due to bad sleeping position), and waist is in a weird position. So decided to go to this place to try since it have high ratings. TBH, I am surprise that I've to book through website since I am a new to the Clinic and it wasn't that difficult. However, when I am there and met the Doc, I explained to him what kind of things I have (stated on the above) and he straight ask me lie down (thought he's going to examine me) which he didn't, he just straight went on to acupuncture and Ba Guan, once done, he massage my index finger (I swear, it's not even massage, it's just applying cream and touching my index finger), and after which just tell me its done and ask me go out and wait on the counter. I am so stunned to the extend I didn't even bother reminding him on my waist issue and went out. The bill is $60 and I've to ask for proper invoice so I can claim. The entire experience wasn't really horrendous but I am just amused and stunned by how the treatment was applied and the no explanation after treatment and leaving you there and that. 4 days later (writing the review now), the 3 spots still hurt like mad and I am looking to go and try another Clinic again. Totally won't recommend this place.

The physicians are really knowledgable and most importantly, the tcm massage and their dietary advice helped with my child’s condition (big relief off any parent’s mind). Highly recommend.

Had a pleasant experience with Yu Guo Chinese Physician today. The staff are friendly and they make children and parents feel at ease.

On average, we waited about about 1.5 hrs to see the doctor after having an appointment. Dr was rushing thru the last 10 patients, maybe that’s why her tone wasn’t that nice, counter staff esp the senior wasn’t the most pleasant employee.

Appointment during off peak afternoon, only 6 patients ahead of me and waiting time is 50min.. seriously they do not have proper planning for their appointment system.. baby binder to blind the medicine to baby tummy is too big .. I still need to sew it shorter.. quality of it is not really good, after awhile the binder gone out of shape and can easily run out of place..

Child massages are effective and affordable. Though really crowded at times, I can see they are already working at 100%, each massage can take 30 mins to 45mins and you have to be seen by the main doctor Koh first before she arranges your kids for treatment hence the waiting time...i see reviews here about long waiting time but neither do I want the therapists to rush through the session or the consultation for my kids isnt it?? What I like is they don’t just treat the troubled areas but also massage for overall well-being. It’s already rare to see a clinic that offers traditional tui na and alternative treatment for children in Singapore and I appreciate their service for my kids.
