โ โ โ โ โ First time at this place for tui na but got upsell to lymphatic detoxification instead. Upon refusal, the masseuse sarcastically commented on my 'blocked' lymps repeatedly.
She even tried to suggested to claim from insurance for the treatments. After several refusal, I felt that she pressed harder which caused me great discomfort even after the session.

โ โ โ โ โ I was having this ongoing discomfort in my shoulder and back due to past sports injury. Went to this tcm clinic and was assigned a therapist name Fang. The tui na was actually quite good and she was well versed with the meridian points better than most therapist that I know. After my first session I could feel my back pain has improved. Will certainly go back to same therapist for follow up session to completely fix my back problem.

โ โ โ โ โ Treatment for back sprain includes acupuncture, wormwood moxibustion, rub down, bone adjustment and stretching. Lasted 45 minutes. Cost $95. No longer feel back pain when turning from side to side to sleep at night.

Went there, all I wanted was a tui na.. Cos I got bad back. I've specifically told the masseuse to focus on my back fore she even started.
from started to end, she only massaged my back (which I wanted her to focus) for only 10mins.. the rest of the time? My shoulder.. I told her, it's my back that you need to focus, then she tell me, everything is connected, so start with shoulder 1st.
During massage, she keep on doing upselling (a lot of time)
One thing I cannot accept is her sarcastic remarks.. I told her I'm here for tui na. No need other treatments. Then she told me, "whats the point of saving money when you body isn't healthy? That's really very uncalled for..
End of the day.. as much as they are famous and we'll known. With such services and attitude, I would rather spend my money elsewhere for a lousy massage than going back to this place...

โ โ โ โ โ It is kind of mixed review, not 5star. I sent my daughter for a sprained ankle as this is one that was opened, she was treated with massage and acupuncture and heat treatment all for about 45mins and then wrapped with medication. Was told need to return next 3 days, and may need a few treatments. But was surprised the bill came to $180+. The last time her younger brother sprained ankle I spent $40 at another place at St 24.
The good news was that she felt better the next day and continue to improve next few days, was 90% by the 3rd day. I have not returned to this place as I find the price is on the high end side.

โ โ โ โ โ Very unpleasant one and final visit to this business! ?
Had acupuncture and the acupuncturist left the room with the door wide open, much to my chagrin. The room was brightly lit and along the corridor which allowed other customers (including male ones) to walk by as I was lying face down with my bare back exposed. Felt very humiliated and helpless as I was told not to move at all.
Despite that, I had no choice but to close the door myself.
After the session, when I shared my concerns and discomfort, the staff just brushed it off and even snapped back that if I am not happy about it, I don't have to come back at all.
Well.. they've got what they wish for. Will not be patronising this business ever again and absolutely not recommend to anyone at all.
Highly unprofessional service with no care for customers' privacy and modesty.
