★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to make a new rubber piece for my few months old stamper. Collected a cracked stamper and staff insisted i pass them a cracked one initially. Frankly speaking, i would have made a new stamper rather than change the rubber piece for a cracked stamper. No point arguing with staff. Just utterly disappointed.

$4 for A3 colour single sided
And they take forever to load my file, then proceeded to throw my prints away?? Saying they heard me saying I don’t want the prints??
Absurd.
Cn come for the stationery for its a convenient neighborhood store, but not their printing services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the shop is not on the main road, it has staff that will open the door for you and see that you are comfortably attended to. I was so surprised and happy to be served by not 1 staff but by 2 staff immediately. I have also asked and got the cheapest possible price list for the rubber stamp that I have made and dispite being accused of taking my plastic bag with 2, Originals to photocopy, they kept a level head and avoid any argument with me. Thanks ? so much for your help, understanding patience and valuable time you have given me to explain to the public of your well trained and professional business attitude. Kudos to you, ladies

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place! We always enjoy popping by to get our stationary necessities(parking is easy) and enveloped in the nostalgia. The cool store looks like it haven't change since the 90s and it's interior brings us a lot of good memories. They always have what we need and more, we always end up spending more time than we expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I felt like this store is extremely expensive on its pricing and would suggest not to try its printing service if you have other choice.
I went there to print out one document (one page two-sided) and asked for black and white. The uncle at counter asked $2 per side and printed out my document with color. I spoke to him I wanted it just black and white and my previous experience it costed only $1. The uncle insisted that either color or black and white costs the same (which doesn’t make sense from my point of view). I ended up paying $4 for one piece of paper due to my urgency.. I’ve never paid as much for a single piece of paper!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices are really steep border-lining unreasonable. 6 pcs of A4 black&white simple print single sided cost $10. An exact similar service cost us $1.20 the previous day at Bukit Batok.
Replying to owner: I did not mention anything about photocopying. It was just 6 pieces A4 BLACK & WHITE prints via email and that's $10 ($1.6 per pc). And yes exact similar service was charged to us at $1.20 (20c per piece) the previous day at AT plan & print in Bukit Batok central beside West Mall.
On hindsight, we should have printed 1 pc and photocopy the other 5pcs. Not sure why the owner/staff did not bring that up then.
