I am quite disappointed with their service in terms of speed and their response. I asked them for repairing my Surface pro and WhatsApp response in the beginning was quite fast and friendly. However, after a while I faced the following challenges with their service: 1. Kept rescheduling my appointment although made in advance 2. No update, no intro unless I follow them up 3. Kept breaking promises (deadline) I made an appointment and visited the store, nobody was there and came over again. They do not update me anything unless I chase them a few times. They promised me to finish repairing my stuff by XXX but they never kept it until now. ...These things happened over 2 months and still have not received my item yet. I am afraid to say but it was worst service ever.. More surprisingly, I claimed them about this situation and asked them for immediate improvement but they did not change anything. When you use their service, I advise you to take note on what I experienced. And Hope nobody experiences the same as me..

Found Zapplerepair on Carousel as I was considering a battery replacement for my Surface Pro 5 (3 years old). The person was friendly and quick to schedule a technician to come. As I was spending time at Vivocity, I requested for the repair to be completed in a few hours time. After 4 hours, the battery was replaced. After receiving my Surface Pro 5, I have checked and everything is running well. Now, my Surface last long on battery, similar to when I first purchased this device. Overall, I was pleased with the experience.

Just wanted to share my experience with dealing with Zapplerepair. My iMac suddenly went totally dead on me recently (mid Aug 2020) and called a few people but did not feel comfortable leaving my iMac with them for security reasons. However when I spoke to Benny of Zapplerepair, I felt he knew what he was talking about and came across as someone I could trust. He explained right away on the phone on the possible reasons for my iMac failure. He directed me to Roxey of his Pemimpin office. Roxey was professional and understanding and she advised me on how the company operated. Benny diagnosed my iMac and realised that I needed to change my power supply. Honestly I was still apprehensive to leave my iMac there as I had sensitive information and personal data of the students I teach. But both Roxey and Benny reassured me that they regard their customers data with respect and great confidentiality. They even suggested I could be present at their office while they did their repair even if it took hours. I agreed and half way through the process I felt that I could trust Zapplerepair with my iMac so I left and decided to come back when it was ready. 2 days later I returned. I found the cost of repair was cheaper than what others were charging. This was the first time my 11 yr old iMac gave problems. Benny gave me some valuable tips on maintaining the iMac and Roxey stayed in touched with me to keep me informed at the different stages of repair. As I was not very savvy with every use of my iMac, Roxey taught me how to optimise my iMac in relation to my work. Honestly I was impressed. I'm really glad I decided to go with Zapplerepair. Not sure where I'd be if I didn't. I can't speak for anyone else at Zapplerepair but working with Benny and Roxey really turned out to be the right decision.

My experience was a pleasant one. My Macbook went dead and beeps 3 times every time I turn it on. Called Zapple and was told that they could pick up for service. Before that, they gave a diagnostic by viewing the video of my macbook when I illustrated the beeping and screen problem. Explanation was good and convincing. My macbook was fixed though it took longer than estimated. I am glad that my macbook is useable now. The only downside for Zapple is the estimation of completion. Perhaps good for Zapple not to over-promise completion date as customers normally would be in high spirit looking forward the return of their devises. Other than that I am happy with the service level. ? All the best Zapple!

Benny and team did the Surface Pro 5 battery replacement for my laptop. Very efficient and prompt service. From the time I had contacted them, they were very responsive. Price is also very reasonable and workmanship is good. Would recommend.

Sent my surface Pro 3 in for what i thought would have to be an ssd replacement. Instead they were so helpful to do a thorough check of it and let me know only a reformat may be necessary. It worked in the end and I saved myself the cost of a whole ssd replacement. Super responsive, gave me updates and pickup was fast.

Good services in my surface laptop, which has issue with power connector. Checked with other shops and they can't reppaved, but thankfully, Zapplerepair is able to replaced so kudos to them! Not sure about the price of the part quote, but the workmanship price is good value. They provide 1 month warranty so will prefer they provide 3 months. (Though giving a good review here will earn additional 2 months warranty)
