โ โ โ โ โ Disbelief with the recent 1-Star reviews that is discrediting and maligning Zen and its coaches. I am a mother of 3 aged 11, 9 and 6. We had joined Zen recently after changing from 2 dojangs. Honestly, when I first saw their training regime, I was afraid that my children cannot endure and wanted to give up as previous dojangs did not emphasize so much on stamina. After their first training, they are so looking forward to the next. They find themselves tougher and learnt more things. Now, they are so comfortable with walking instead of going by car even for short distances while last time they will keep complaining. As a mother, I will be heart pain seeing them being 'tortured'. But now I know that it actually benefited them and they are more alert and not getting tired easily. The training by Zen also helped them to have longer concentration in school and enrichment classes. We also love the encouragement given by the coaches and seniors. It may sound unbelievable. Seeing is believing.

โ โ โ โ โ I am baffled by all the constant 1-Star reviews. I bring my grandchildren for classes. What I see is only harmony, discipline and respect and is the total opposite of what all the 1-Star reviewers had mentioned. From an old lady perspective, it seemed to be competitor gimmick. Once you are successful, one will be attacked and blemished. You can choose to believe them and it will be your lost. My grandchildren have changed to be a better self. I believe in Zen.

โ โ โ โ โ Sent my child to learn in this school, quite a negative experience. The people there say one thing and then do another. Appalled how some people able to give them 5-stars when the school instructor are obviously acting and bribing people to give 5-stars. Heard the Chief Instructor Mr Peh smiles and act nice in front of parents, but behind us is another person.

โ โ โ โ โ After my son tried their training, there is no way I will go there again! They show favouritism and only pay attention to a few selected students they like. How can it be fair? And I was asked directly by one of them to write them a 5-star review for their academy to counter those 1-star reviews... hell no... its unethical to ask for a 5-star review like that.

โ โ โ โ โ Sent my son to learn at ZEN... some of the coaches , including the chief instructor (Brian). Their actions make me cringe... especially when Master Peh ask me a few times to give his school 5-star review in exchange for favourable treatment ... hell no.... you donโt ask people to give you 5-star when you club is run like this!

โ โ โ โ โ Only show favoursim towards competitive, talented and rich students. Will get you to go more competition for exposure. In order for you to get you more prepared, will ask you to go for fighter class, competition also need to pay coaching fees. Is it rlly better for you? Or better for his business? If you want leisure this is not for you. I was one of them who he showed favoursim towards, never understood why people want to leave such a "good" club.

โ โ โ โ โ My 5 year old son can be a handful but the coaches at Zen Academy have been very patient with him and i can see improvement in his behavior as well. Thanks Brian Sir and Alvin Sir!
Not sure why there's so many 1 star in the review.. most probably fake reviews! They provide trial lessons too before you decide to join or not! so don't judge the club by reviews, try it yourself!

โ โ โ โ โ Really surprised at the negative reviews. My daughter now 14 yo has been with Zen Academy for a few years and totally enjoys her training sessions. Coaches are genuine, nice and friendly culture and importantly, cultivates good values in kids. Take an example, students are to clean up, vacuum and mop after each session, which is great for today's kids.
