One of the worst attitudes customer service attitude ever. I merely requested for the egg to be cooked and was served the same bowl in 1 minute. When I wanted to confirm my request for cooked egg was done, the extremely rude staff raised her voice and insisted that the egg was cooked. Will never buy from them again.

If you work in the area and would like a fast meal, this would be it. Fuss free, gets the job done. Eat in air-con comfort, without suffering from the 'food court smell' because the cooking here is light. So you can get away without catching the smell on your clothing when you head back to work. Service is prompt, just that the counter to pay is not clear so it could hinder the efficiency of your transaction.

Beef La Mien is maybe my favourite ever dish, and they butchered it ?, first time in 4 years I left without finishing a dish at a restaurant, actually inedible

Authentic la mian. Love their la mian with dumpling. Like the texture of the noodle and ingredients for dumpling are quite fresh. Egg tomato noodle are not bad too. Will visit them again.

fresh fish la mian was delicious and the fish was big sized, the xiao long bao was also very good. yes the lady didn’t have the best service but i’d go back for the flavour

The fried dumplings is as delicious as the service is rude. The service staff has no sense of courtesy whatsoever. While ordering albeit bit slow she said “must I wait half a day?” Then when we asked for more chili, she said “yes, as long as you can finish it.” Then she tried to take the order of the person behind us cos she knew the guy (he got his food first by the way). I wonder if this is normal for her. Won’t be back.

Appalled by the service rendered here by the China staff. I ordered Dumpling La Mian and Xiao Long Bao and I asked her if she can separate the noodles and the sauce, after which she told me off about how the noodles would be dry and kept rambling on unhappily for a good 2 minutes. So I said ok then never mind so she proceeded to start cooking the noodles. After that she pointed at my tiffin carrier and ordered me to open it rudely. Come on, firstly she just barely started cooking and secondly, she had the audacity to order me around. I was quite dumbfounded at this point but just keeping cool. After she finished cooking and poured the noodles into the tiffin carrier (ok I opened the tiffin carrier up for her), she went around cooking other customers' orders while I was still waiting for my Xiao Long Bao. Then her colleague saw me and gave me a wondering look, so I told her I am still waiting for the XLB. She promptly told me still need 8mins b4 it is done and her lousy colleague did not even have the courtesy to at least ask me to come back later when I have been standing there for so long. I guess their management does not care about their service, seeing the numerous complaints here. And their noodles are only so-so. Will never go back again. Horrible experience!!!

Customizing (requesting to have additional egg cooked less raw) seem to be frown upon on. Despite having low customer traffic. To be fair, I’ve been here a couple of times and food is decent. A little bit of friendliness would definitely make this place a warm place to have your meal.
