Beware - this product works only until warranty period. Once warranty expires product stops working and there is no customer support. We are blatantly told to thrash the machine and but a replacement - refurbished machine for 75% of the price which will also have only 1 year warranty. They expect ppl to purchase new machines every year with no repairs of service provided. Horrible!!!

This company make Rotimatic. Worst ever customer service and extremely greedy company. No hardware support or repair center anywhere. In case of any hardware issue, they are asking you to buy whole expensive parts. Or offer you refurbished machine for high price. STAY AWAY FROM BUYING ROTIMATIC.

So anyone who is thinking of buying a Rotimatic, I just wanted to let you know from my experience. The problem with this machine is that if you have a hardware issue, there is no way to fix it. They don't have any service centre anywhere in the world. So your 1000 dollar machine becomes a dead brick as soon as there is a hardware issue. The only solution their team gives you is to buy a new one for $600. My rotimatic died after 1.5 years for no reason. The top plate is not heating up and I am not ready to pay 600 dollars more to this company for another machine with no hardware after sale service. It JUST require one part changed (the top plate). All appliances and machines go through hardware issues in their lives and they are fixable, but rotimatic owners have no solution for this ?‍♀️
