DO NOT ENGAGE THEIR SERVICE. This company provides the worse ever reno installation service. 1. Supply and install 1m x 60cm low cabinet for the stove area. They didn't even bother to laminate the exterior which the wood was exposed. After requesting them to do a better finishing, they used left over formica pieces from other projects and scotch tape yes scotch tape to laminate the exterior of the cabinet. It looks dirty, disgusting and cheap, totally unprofessional. 2. The wood material was infested with termites and after we feedback to them (found dead eggs and larve), they turned unresponsive. Everyday we had to sweep up almost 1 bag of termite eggs and wood shaves. The worse thing was my elderly mother of 80 years old kept calling him with NO RESPONSE. And we paid him upfront $1.5k for such a small cabinet, we totally regretted engaging them for their services. I have photos as evidence if anyone is interested to know more. PLEASE DO NOT ENGAGE THEIR SERVICE. Due to the covid, it was hard getting other contractors to help us with the reinstallation. Mr LEE ENG SENG, please be professional and complete whatever you promised. Do you think you can run away forever ?
