★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the Chang Charn branch, I arrived at closing time, 5pm, and Marcus was an absolute star in accommodating my request to open the showroom to let me view the bed frame. I ended up purchasing a queen bed frame, thrilled with his service, patience and time. Thank you Marcus ??. Keep up the great work. Zinus has very good offers for their bed frames, I definitely recommend their bed and mattresses.

Josslyn, the sales consultant, is super helpful! She is very friendly, gives good advices based on my preference and also introduce the different ranges of mattress and bed frames.
She has good knowledge of the products as well :)
