★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our company chose Zoho because they have all the business apps in 1 place. It saves a lot of trouble having to subscribe to and login to multiple apps.
However, Zoho still have a lot of room for improvements. Their search function is one of the worse. We need to use extremely specific keywords as well as sequence of keywords to search, else it will not show up.
Their support is slow and sometime non-existence, as tickets will go unanswered.
We hope that Zoho will improve soon, as we love their concept. They are one of a kind.
