I had so bad experience with Zuzu, starting from never get an answer when I asked something, when they got in touch, they said that they were sick, so sorry.. Then their friend also sick.. So cannot answer or come to visit. Haha.. Poor them.. Working for Zuzu and all of them are sick. So I quit.. Even like this the process was so bad, they didn’t tell me what will be happen with the OTAs, so after I paid the invoice, they just cut everything. The all OTAs are closed. Stop Sell. Without any explanation about it.. So disappointed. Bad experience ever about hospitality, never2 used Zuzu anymore.. ???????????????

Good Partnership for properties business As long as we are working together with Zuzu Hosptality it,s good change for us. The area manager here in Binjai (North Sumatra Indonesia) is a good manager, they respons imeditely if have something to cleared.... In all my years as a GM/Hotel Manager, I have never outsourced the revenue management. Upon working with this brand new 42 rooms boutique hotel, I had a chance to work with the team from Zuzu's. A bit apprehensive but our account manager, Yan, took all the apprehensiveness I had. Her meticulous read on current market, intense knowledge of the OTAs, our compset update and the daily communication & weekly meetings including her recommendations was well heeded. It felt as though she was part of the hotel operations team. A great asset to both the hotel and Zuzu's. Thank you Yan.

super bad! We can't arrange our own price. They sell our room in highest price, price of my homestay only IDR 175,000 they can sell IDR 350,000-375,000 so we discussed the problem, and we give them our set price. But this happened again and again until we choose to end the contract with zuzu (take very long time to approved our request to end the contract from beginning of April until July will be end of the contract and they said contract has not sign by team) After one month (today) i get many a lot of booked room, they sell my room at IDR. 120.000 and i only received IDR 95,000 hem i don't know where i should to tell or ask because this mistake always happened even after i tell CS. Anyone, can you help me? I'm stuck
