I am a first time hirer for FDW. I contacted 2 agencies but they were very impatient with me. Also they were not clear in their fees to me. I waited very long to view just 1 or 2 candidates but they were all inappropriate to my needs. When I was in dismay, I chance upon I-Assist. I am so lucky to have Christina who assisted me with so much patience and sincerity. She fully understands my needs and she arranged many many candidates for me to review. She even accomodated to help me connect candidates late into the night as I work late. During each interview, Christina gave me and the candidates alot of privacy as she will not intervene and will only give her comments and recommendations when I seek her opinion. She is fair and professional. Most important, Christina is very responsive and responsible. Christina is also very honest and clear in her fees. Right from the day I have selected my helper, I do not need to do anything administratively because Christina effectively executed all the document administration for me. While it is too early to give a review of my helper, but I believe and trust Christina that I have the best helper. Had a good experience engaging a helper with 1 Assist Agency. Hui Shin, our consultant, was proactive, patient and provided much valuable advice throughout the entire process. She was always responsive and informative whenever we raised any queries especially during the long wait for our helper's employment pass due to heighten alert, and even after our helper started working for us.

Christina was very patient and understanding of our requirements. She sent a number of potential candidates for me to review and interview. I highly recommend 1 Assist Agency to anyone who is looking for a domestic helper. Hui Shin is extremely helpful, there are a few times when I texted her and she happened to be on leave, but she still attend to my messages and she will follow-up once she is back to work. There are lots of paper work during the hiring process, but Hui Shin's willingness to go extra mile in her work, makes the hiring process easy for me, especially when it is difficult for me to take leave from work. She will also remind us when the helper's passport is due for renewal, arranging transport service to bring the helper to the embassy.

I would like to thank Hui Shin for her kind assistance on helping me find the suitable transfer helper which I urgently needed, after I had to send my last helper back on an urgent basis. Throughout the communication on what arrangements our household needed, she managed to send over bio data of the possible helpers available. Everything was settled within 7 working days from reviewing bio data, interviewing, meeting her F2F and eventually to getting her to our household. It really help my family greatly. I would like to commend Nicole for the excellent services that she has provided to me and my relatives for the past years.
