our office lunch time only 1 hour, the shop always long q between 1pm-2pm, that periods there have a lot of customers are in the line. I always go having lunch alone, the seat always full at the first floor. However I go upstair , there have one aunty staff ask me what number I taken, I feel weird, why I must get a number? 1st time I went there she ask me, 2nd time the staff also ask the same question what number I taken, then I ask the aunty staff, where I can get the number, she blame downstair never pass you the number?! 3rd time I went there I known already, but this time difference, I ask the counter what number I get, the counter suddenly frustrated, she asked me who ask u required the table number from me, then I answer her upstairs staff, after that I go upstair to have my lunch, the aunty staff again blocking me, ask me go to downstair, so that mean I cannot have my own seat selection? like the ball throw here and there, what the staff attribute? What I did wrong now, that mean we can buy the lunch but MUST take away?!
