I ordered a xiaomi product from them. Initially they told me that they dont have stock, got another upgraded version but other colours, if i can accept it. they will deliver it to me on that day. Waited for 2 weeks. Nothing shipped out. I asked again and they said will shipped within 2 days. Then my order got cancelled. The reason they gave was " parcel got lost" lol?

If it's possible to give negative stars, I would. This seller is dishonest and has horrible customer service. Purchased a hbada chair from them via lazada during 6.6 sales using the vouchers I have painstakingly collected. On the item page, it was stated that delivery estimated to be made within 2 days. 10th june and there was no news of the delivery of my order, asked the seller, was told that the shipment will only arrives in SG on 30th june!! I questioned why stated they have stocks when in fact they don't have ready ones, they blamed it to lazada system glitch. But I still see the item on promotion when there's no ready stocks. Seller has no intention to at least inform and I was only told when I asked them. Received notification from lazada that the order will be cancelled if not fufilled by 14th june. Seek help from lazada cs for help, my vouchers will only be reinstated if seller or lazada cancel the order. AND THIS SELLER HAS THE CHEEK TO ASK ME TO CANCEL THE ORDER AFTER I EXPLAINED MY PLIGHT. PLEASE REFRAIN FROM BUYING FROM THIS SELLER AT ALL SHOPPING PLATFORMS.

As with most of the reviewers here, customer service is horrible. Buying things from them is like throwing your money away. You will just end up with a defective item and non-existent servicing even if the product is under warranty. Don't know what is the meaning of warranty anymore. If you have money to throw, I would suggest donating to a meaningful cause.

Special thanks to the customer support working at 131Express, who helped prioritize the shipment for my WFH setup and answered all my concerns about the maintenance and stuff. I own a few of their products Kingsmith K12 treadmill, Squirrey standing desk, and Jimmy JV53 vacuum. The quality is superior to all the other major brands out there in the market that comes with an inflated price. I usually won't spend time writing any reviews. But it's important to share when you found such a gem that you can get all your appliances during this turbulent time at a super affordable price point in exchange for exceptional quality. Hundred percent satisfied with their products and the after-sales support. Recommended many to my relatives and friends too.

If there is a 0 star review, I would gladly give 0 star. Please avoid this shop and purchases at all cost. Bought a Xiaomi Jimmy pressure washer with the shop. It is spoilt within 4 months and went back to the shop for repair. The customer service highlight that will provide an update within 2 to 3 days but the call never come at all. I had to keep calling a mobile number after 4 days and the call was never picked up until 8 days later. Person who picked up the phone promised to call back with a status within 5 minutes but it was empty promise again. Finally managed to get somebody after 10 days but the reply was that they tried the pressure washer and there are no issues. Get to know that they test the pressure washer by looking and gut feel that the machine is fine. Without any proper testing tools at all. I as the user will definitely know what went wrong when using else why would I travel all the way to send it in for repair? The ridiculous way of testing and mentioning is fine is by their testing method of looking, hearing and gut feel. And the support and failure to keep promise is amazingly poor.

Should have checked Google reviews prior to purchasing on Shopee. Avoid this shop, there are other shops with same price or just slightly more but at least you are not wasting your money and time. Ordered Xiaomi desk from them on 21st Sep. On both 24th and 27th Sep when I checked on ETA, was told that desk will be delivered on 10th Oct. On the 10th when I did not receive the desk, was told it was already sent on 22nd, obviously there's no desk and they are not willing to help locate. Customer service is horrible, called their office and they are not helping either. AVOID THIS SHOP!

sold me a battery operated water pump. unwilling to do a exchange for a dead battery even though operating manual mentioned a 6 month warranty. not sure why so many good shopee reviews

Bought their wine cooler for my in-law and he absolutely loved it. Seller is kind enough to cater to my request on the delivery arrangement. Called their customer service rep before ordering and he patiently described the outstanding features and shared some maintenance tips. Excellent staff and great product.
