The food is not bad, but the service is terrible with the serving lady’s attitude & manner is utterly rude as if she’s looking for a fight.

Have been coming to this place for their sandwich lately. They were recently in the news for a small fire that broke out right next to the bakery and was closed for a day or two. I want to rave about their reasonably priced and yet ultra yummy sandwich pictured. Once I had 2 as lunch with a cup of tea! There are four slices of bread stacked into one mega sandwich. On one side, two slices have a slice of ham and chicken or pork floss, which is such a heavenly combination. The other side has a slice of cheese, a must have in any sandwich. Both sides are held together by yummy egg mayo … then the whole sandwich is dipped in egg and lightly fried! This gives the sandwich a slight crisp. Imagine for $1.90 you get a ham and floss sandwich, a sliced cheese sandwich, an egg mayo sandwich and French toast … all rolled into one! It was so good that once after having it with our coffee and tea for breakfast, we ordered another one to go! Try it and let me know if it’s as good for you as it was for me ??
