β β β β β 1FSS is TOTALLY UNRESPONSIVE and UNCONTACTABLE. I called 64078138 several times and each time I was put on hold for more than 15 mins, I never succeeded in getting to talk to a person AT ALL. Wrote in also but other than the automated response, NOTHING, not even 3 weeks after I sent my email. And they kept sending me outstanding notices signed off by Jean Wang, supposedly a senior manager, and she had this statement in the notice, "We would be pleased to be of any assistance to you." What assistance, nobody is attending to my enquiry at all and it's been weeks! No wonder our healthcare costs go ul, so much inefficient and unresponsive people in the system.
