I moved from Singapore to Japan. The service provided by the local staff was personalized and excellent. During the move, they assisted with the packing. They provided storage solutions when my move was delayed due to the COVID-19 border restrictions. When the estimated delivery date given by Singapore side approached with minimal information from their Japanese counterparts (likely due to language differences), the Singapore staff assisted with communications. Since then, I have received all my items, intact and in good condition. I would totally use Yamato Transport again when I need to move back to Singapore. A big THANK YOU to all the Yamato staff who assisted in my move.

Had my MacBook pro delivered today within the 9 -12 timeframe. All is good

Don’t get apple products delivered by taqbin. Taqbin driver had contacted me and agreed to reschedule due to no delivery date given by Apple Canada but refused to reply when I asked for either a redelivery or office number to call back. I called taqbin office they said “please call apple”. When I called Apple (SG) they said taqbin had listed me as “uncontactable” when they did not try to. Apple (SG) now says I have “returned” the item due to reject and have to contact Apple in Canada to attempt a redelivery. Apple (SG) says if Apple (Canada) doesn’t plan on redelivery, nothing can be done because the order was made under my organisation and not personal. Thank you taqbin. Thank you for unaccountable employees who give silent treatment to customers looking to resolve a situation. Thank you for honesty of not being to fulfil a delivery and saying customer is “uncontactable”.

I moved inside Singapore. Their work was very good. Furniture was handled carefully and the carton box provided was all new and double layered. I will use them again the next time I move.

Waited for my Apple delivery. Never came and the status said absent. Whole family was home plus a yappy dog and no record of ringing my doorbell. They could have called if they can’t make it or reschedule. Very bad experience!

I received sms today 3rd June 8am, notifying me that my parcel will be delivered today, so I wait at home, until 6:53pm I received another sms says Absent notice from TAQBIN, asking me to fill a form for reschedule. I don't hear anyone or see anyone come for delivering. how come I'm absent at home?? I'm not satisfy with your service. I call the number in the website Contact Us which is contactless. not sure if because of Friday. I hope this could be improved by notify customer 15 mins before you knock on the door.

Bought my Apple products and was supposed to be delivered within 9am-12nn. By noon, no parcel was delivered, yet the delivery status was updated to "Delivered". Called the customer service and they initially insisted someone from my household had claimed the parcel with signature on it (no one was at home except myself). I asked for signature proof and the CS then said "the signature looks like it's being scribbled". An hour later, the delivery guy called me stating that he is outside my place and blamed that his colleague delivered to the wrong address (Not sure if he's lying). Since I was not at home when he was outside my house (my delivery time was 9am-12nn), he sounded unhappy that he had to make a round trip. Definitely do not even deserve 1 star, and I strongly do not recommend delivery option from Apple store.
